The purpose of this project is to improve connectivity by extending Leah Avenue to create a continuous route between the road’s current endpoints at Clovis Barker Road (CR 269) and Cottonwood Parkway.
This project will include design and right-of-way (ROW) coordination. Construction is not currently funded.

RIGHT OF WAY
Because the roadway will follow a new alignment, this project will require additional ROW to construct these improvements. As design progresses, a better estimate of ROW needs will be determined.
