Hays County and the City of Buda are partnering to study improvements along Old San Antonio Road. ​Existing conditions include one narrow travel lane in each direction and no shoulders.

This Study will evaluate existing and anticipated growth, traffic volumes, environmental features, and stakeholder input. Together, these factors will help identify transportation needs and guide preliminary concepts for long-term safety, mobility, and connectivity as this area of the County continues to grow.

This project is a feasibility study and there is currently no funding for design or construction.
