Green Pastures Road to SH 21

The CR 140/Wattsville Road at Copperas Creek Low-Water Crossing Project will plan, design, and construct new drainage infrastructure and roadway improvements at Copperas Creek to provide a safe crossing during flooding and high-intensity storm events. This low-water crossing currently includes a culvert, two 10 foot lanes of deteriorating pavement with no shoulders, and approximately 40 feet of right of way.
